About the role
We are looking for a motivated Cashier and Store Assistant to join our retail team in Montevideo. The role involves direct interaction with customers, handling transactions, and supporting the daily operations of the store.
Key responsibilities
- Operate the cash register and process sales accurately.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
- Restock merchandise and ensure shelves are well‑organized.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the sales floor.
- Assist with basic inventory tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Availability to work flexible hours.
- Completed secondary education (high school diploma).
- Proactive, responsible, and enjoys teamwork.
- Prior experience in cash handling or sales is a plus.
Required skills
- Basic numeracy and ability to operate a cash register.
