About the role

We are a fast‑growing real‑estate investment business seeking a highly analytical Operations & Marketing Manager to become the backbone of our organization. This remote, LATAM‑based position will own CRM systems, drive marketing performance tracking, and build operational workflows that turn data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and maintain Salesforce data integrity, pipeline stages, lead tracking, and attribution logic.
  • Manage large datasets (10,000–50,000+ records), perform cleaning, auditing, and segmentation.
  • Build and maintain dashboards for leads, conversions, CPL, CPA, ROI, and cycle time.
  • Deliver weekly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Coordinate outbound campaigns (cold calling, SMS, RVM, direct mail, referrals) and support LinkedIn/email outreach.
  • Lead a remote team of VAs, cold callers, and lead managers; run weekly KPI meetings.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, manage ClickUp (or similar) for task workflow, and implement automation with Zapier.

Required profile

  • 4+ years of direct experience in Operations or Marketing Operations management.
  • Near‑native English proficiency (C2/C1) with client‑facing communication skills.
  • Proven hands‑on experience with Salesforce and large‑scale CRM administration.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead remote teams and drive performance improvements.
