Business Growth Manager

About the role

Flokzu is looking for a Business Growth Manager to drive commercial strategy and sustainable growth in Uruguay. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead sales, customer success and service teams, shaping the company’s go‑to‑market approach while ensuring an excellent client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a data‑driven commercial strategy, set growth targets and monitor customer‑lifecycle metrics.
• Identify new market opportunities aligned with Flokzu’s value proposition.
• Build high‑performing sales and service teams, foster a collaborative, customer‑centric culture, and manage talent development.
• Lead commercial operations, expand the partner ecosystem and optimise the sales funnel through proven methodologies.
• Oversee the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing success, driving adoption, satisfaction and continuous improvement of experience KPIs.
• Coordinate inter‑departmental processes, improve support systems and define growth‑related KPIs.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, International Business or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in commercial, Customer Success, client operations or growth functions, with a proven record of B2B sales strategy execution, revenue growth, retention and expansion.
• Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written).
