Business Development Officer

About the role

We are seeking a driven and energetic Business Development Officer to support our continued expansion. You will identify growth opportunities, shape market‑penetration strategies and contribute directly to the company’s financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing the company’s market expansion plan.
• Stay updated on product, marketing and regulatory changes and communicate them to target audiences.
• Monitor competition and industry news to inform strategy.
• Provide high‑level client service and handle enquiries attentively.
• Conduct qualitative analysis of statistics to support business decisions.
• Perform market data analysis, reporting and suggest system enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with legal and internal procedures.
• Travel within the assigned country for meetings and events as needed.
• Supervise, monitor and coach the local team.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role; experience in financial services is a plus.
• Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, with excellent oral and written English.
• Dynamic, innovative, target‑oriented with strong business acumen.
• Reliable, integrity‑driven and capable of effective teamwork.
