Business Development Manager – FX Industry

About the role

As a Business Development Manager in the FX industry, you will drive commercial growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding the client base for a globally regulated financial services group.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new institutional and retail clients for FX trading solutions.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
• Present the company’s trading platforms and services to prospective clients.
• Coordinate daily with marketing, sales, and product teams across multiple time zones.
• Analyse FX market trends, competitor activity, and trader behaviour to recommend product and experience enhancements.

Required profile

• Proven business development experience in the FX, brokerage, investment‑banking or similar financial services sector.
• Strong knowledge of Forex, CFDs and other derivative instruments.
• Demonstrable active client portfolio.
• Commercial acumen to generate leads, negotiate deals and close sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills in multicultural, distributed teams.
