BI & Data Analytics Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a passionate BI & Data Analytics Consultant to join our BI & Data Analytics team. You will work on international projects, delivering Power BI solutions that turn data into clear, actionable insights for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse, design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports and data models.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, data engineers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Build robust semantic models following best‑practice guidelines for performance and governance.
• Create data transformation pipelines using Power Query and Dataflows.
• Develop advanced calculations with DAX and M language.
• Validate reports through testing and user acceptance (UAT) to ensure reliability.
• Act as a trusted advisor, recommending improvements and best practices.
• Stay current with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric and emerging data‑analytics trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on Power BI development experience.
• Strong understanding of data modelling concepts and semantic model performance.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to bridge technical and functional perspectives.
• CPA or Business Administration degree.
• Advanced English proficiency for client interaction.
