About the role

Join Harding+ as a Beauty Sales Specialist on board cruise ships, delivering personalised beauty experiences to guests from around the world. You will use your product knowledge and confidence with people to create memorable moments throughout each voyage.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests in selecting fragrances and beauty products that suit their needs.
• Host and support beauty events and make‑over sessions on board.
• Demonstrate products and engage small groups during in‑store activities.
• Collaborate with the onboard team to maintain a high standard of service.

Required profile

• Previous experience in beauty retail or a customer‑facing sales environment.
• Confidence recommending products and understanding customer needs.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and guide customers to the right purchase.
• Motivation to learn, accept feedback and step outside your comfort zone.
