About the role
Goddard Catering Group, a provider of catering solutions for airlines, airports and enterprises across the Caribbean and Latin America, is looking for a Bakery Operator for its UPR operation in Montevideo. You will make baked goods that meet the company's standards for quality, weight, portion, presentation and packaging.
Key responsibilities
- Mix, knead, portion, proof and bake breads, cakes and cookies
- Pack, label and box the products
- Keep the area, storage rooms and product labelling tidy
- Complete daily production records
- Follow food handling and hygiene best practices
Required profile
- Bakery experience, preferably at least 1 year
- Basic baking cycle and baking courses are valued
- Manual dexterity, dynamism, orderliness and attention to detail
- Team player who can work under pressure
The schedule is 14:00 to 22:00 hours, 6 days a week.
