About the role
Join Goddard Catering Group as a Bakery Operative in the Libertad operation. You will be responsible for producing high‑quality bakery items that meet strict standards for weight, portion, presentation and packaging.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare breads, cakes and cookies: mix, knead, portion, proof and bake.
- Package, label and wrap finished products.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area, storage rooms and labeling stations, and complete daily production records.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in a bakery environment.
- Basic education completed; bakery courses are a plus.
- Manual dexterity, dynamism, organization and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
