About the role

We are supporting an industrial company that needs a Production Assistant to provide operational and administrative support to the Production area. The role involves ensuring accurate tracking of production progress and facilitating smooth coordination among different departments.

Key responsibilities

• Register and update information on production progress.
• Coordinate materials, tools, supplies, and services.
• Prepare reports on production output, worked hours, material usage and key indicators.
• Maintain up‑to‑date technical documentation and operational records.
• Facilitate communication between all involved areas.
• Assist with personnel requirements and operational record keeping.
• Detect and report deviations or incidents.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance follow‑up.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, quality and safety standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education.
• Technical training related to Production, Engineering, Logistics, Administration or similar fields is valued.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Knowledge of ERP systems.
• Understanding of production planning and control.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings is a plus.
