About the role

The Scale Assistant supports the weighing and control of raw materials and finished products at San Miguel Global’s production plant in Paysandú. Working full‑time on site, you will ensure accurate weight records, proper labeling, and smooth flow of goods between production, logistics and quality teams.

Key responsibilities

• Enter weight measurements into the company system promptly and accurately.
• Identify, label and organize products according to internal procedures.
• Collaborate with production, logistics and quality departments to maintain an orderly flow of materials.
• Verify incoming and outgoing documentation related to material movements.
• Keep the work area clean and comply with all safety, hygiene and quality standards.

Required profile

• Basic computer skills; proficiency with Excel is mandatory, SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with high precision and attention to detail.
• Organised handling of inventory and documentation.
• Team‑player with good communication skills for interaction with suppliers and internal areas.
• Commitment to safety, hygiene and quality regulations.
• Availability to work a full shift on the production floor.
• Secondary education completed; prior experience in an industrial operational role is valued.
