About the role

We are looking for a Technical Budget Assistant to support our budgeting team. The successful candidate will help prepare and analyse budgets, assist in creating cost spreadsheets, and gather technical and commercial information for project tenders.

Key responsibilities

Read and perform preliminary analysis of tender documents.
Request and follow up supplier and subcontractor quotations.
Prepare cost spreadsheets and budgets under supervision.
Analyze and compare commercial proposals.
Control documentation required for tender submissions.

Required profile

Advanced student or recent graduate in Industrial Engineering.
Previous experience in similar roles is valued but not mandatory.
Intermediate written and spoken English.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
