Asistente de Comercio Exterior – Industria en Ruta 101

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Foreign Trade Assistant to join a growing industrial company located on Ruta 101. You will be involved in end‑to‑end import and export operations, working closely with logistics partners and internal teams to ensure smooth international transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor import and export operations.
• Prepare, control, and administer foreign‑trade documentation.
• Handle temporary admission procedures and follow up on their status.
• Request, control, and manage certificates of origin.
• Draft and review commercial invoices.
• Track operations using the Sistema Lucía platform.
• Verify documentation, permits, customs records, and procedural statuses.
• Maintain contact with customs brokers, freight agents, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
• Control expirations and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Advanced student or graduate in International Relations, Foreign Trade, International Business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in foreign‑trade roles, preferably in the food industry.
• Advanced oral and written English.
• Proficient use of computer tools.
• Knowledge of temporary admissions, certificates of origin, Bill of Lading (B/L) and the Sistema Lucía system.
