About the role

The company is looking for a Commercial Advisor to promote and sell its service portfolio to existing and prospective clients in Montevideo. The role combines telephone outreach, in‑person visits and client‑facing events to guide customers toward the most suitable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing clients by phone, at the company’s offices, or through on‑site visits to present service offerings.
• Assist customers in selecting the appropriate service, plan the sales process, and manage a pipeline of prospects.
• Maintain and grow a portfolio of clients, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Participate in company loyalty and promotional events.
• Cover on‑call shifts one week per month to address client needs outside regular office hours.

Required profile

• Completed high school education.
• Formal training in marketing or sales (preferred).
• Minimum three years of experience in face‑to‑face sales of intangible products.
• Experience selling services such as insurance, financial products, or other service‑based solutions (highly valued).
• Experience managing a client portfolio (valued).
