About the role

The Technical Office Architect will lead the technical and execution aspects of various development projects, ensuring that project definitions and material selections align with strategic goals. This role bridges design, construction, and procurement, providing critical support to the Real Estate Development and Project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in defining project scope and materiality.
• Identify and propose constructive alternatives, materials, and technical solutions for each project.
• Manage the quotation process and evaluate options for materials and subcontractors.
• Support the Real Estate Development and Project areas in their activities.
• Coordinate with Development, Project, Construction Management, and Administration teams to meet development objectives.

Required profile

• Architect with relevant experience, preferably in development firms, construction companies, or architecture studios.
• Proven ability to define and quote materials and subcontractors for medium‑to‑large projects.
• Strong command of English, both oral and written.
• Analytical, organized, curious and proactive, capable of turning needs into concrete proposals.

• Material specification and selection.
• Cost estimation and quotation.
• Evaluation of subcontractor proposals.
