About the role

The company seeks a Technical Office Architect to lead the preparation and coordination of technical documentation for residential projects. The role is based on‑site in Punta del Este and involves close collaboration with design and construction teams to ensure high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Produce architectural drawings, construction details, and technical memoranda.
• Prepare and review budgets, quantity take‑offs, and tender documents.
• Coordinate with site teams to verify that designs are executed according to specifications and schedules.
• Manage project modifications, technical permits, and regulatory compliance.
• Support the resolution of on‑site issues by providing technical guidance.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture, Building Engineering or a related field.
• Previous experience in a technical office within residential construction.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Proficiency with Revit or other BIM tools.
• Experience using project management and measurement software.
• Knowledge of technical and urban planning regulations for residential projects.
