Architect - Account & Project Management, Buildings (U.S. Market)

About the role

CSI is looking for an Architect with strong project management and client relationship skills to join its Buildings team. The role manages and develops relationships with architecture and engineering firms in the U.S. market. It combines client relationship management, commercial development and technical project coordination, reporting to the Buildings Sector Leader.

Key responsibilities

• Strengthen client relationships and identify opportunities to expand collaboration with U.S. clients and architecture and engineering firms.
• Ensure successful project delivery.
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, working closely with U.S. clients and CSI's multidisciplinary technical teams.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in the Architecture, Engineering or Construction (AEC) industry.
• Proven experience in architectural project management and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong technical knowledge of architectural design processes, documentation and project delivery.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build relationships and engage in technical and commercial discussions.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Availability for occasional travel to the United States.
• Preferred: experience with U.S. clients or international architecture firms, and in client relationship management or account development.
