Analista Sr HRBP Temporal

About the role

The company is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner Analyst on a temporary (maternity) basis to support HR processes across its retail stores in Montevideo. The analyst will act as a key partner for store teams, driving initiatives related to workplace climate, talent selection, development, and organizational culture while ensuring efficient and productive operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, selection and hiring processes for stores, guaranteeing required staffing levels.
• Implement workplace climate, culture and internal communication initiatives in the operational environment.
• Design and execute action plans to strengthen leadership of operational teams and managerial staff.
• Manage disciplinary processes and channel requirements with support functions.
• Monitor HR indicators such as turnover, staffing and workforce, proposing improvements based on results.
• Deploy on‑site actions that boost employee commitment, teamwork and compliance with standards.

Required profile

• University degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR or similar roles.
• Experience working in operational, retail or service industries.
• Advanced proficiency with Office tools (mandatory).
• Knowledge of people‑management KPIs and HR processes.
• Availability for field work and regular store visits.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) at an advanced level.
