Analista Senior de Tesorería y Administración

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Treasury and Administration Analyst to join a fast‑growing company. The professional will support daily treasury operations, financial reporting, budgeting and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and control daily treasury activities, including payments, collections, bank relationships and cash‑flow monitoring.
• Support the accountant with monthly accounting tasks, budget control and cost analysis.
• Prepare financial and management reports for senior management and partners.
• Participate in the preparation, monitoring and variance analysis of budgets and forecasts.
• Analyze financial data and help generate key performance indicators for decision‑making.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement projects focused on process rationalisation, automation and systematisation.

Required profile

• Graduate or advanced student in Public Accounting, Economics or Business.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in treasury and finance functions.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros) and experience with ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of cost management, operational and financial budgeting, financial‑statement analysis and financial indicators.
• Preferred knowledge of process improvement, automation, Power BI and basic tax settlement.
• Highly autonomous, analytical, organized, proactive and dynamic.
