About the role
The Night‑Shift Operations Analyst will support the Mercado Envíos service centre, ensuring that logistics processes run smoothly during the overnight period. You will monitor daily activities, control inventory, and help maintain high standards of quality and productivity.
Key responsibilities
- Manage logistics processes at the service centre, guaranteeing quality, productivity and compliance with timelines.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to established procedures.
- Evaluate package status, control daily inventory and manage returns.
- Track management indicators, identify deviations and propose improvement actions.
Required profile
- Student or professional in Logistics, Administration, Engineering or related fields.
- Experience in operations or logistics, with ability to read and interpret operational KPIs.
- Familiarity with safety and quality standards.
- Availability to work on‑site in Canelones (Ruta 101) during night shifts (22:00‑07:00, Monday‑Friday).
Required skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
- Intermediate proficiency in Google Sheets.
