About the role

Willinn, a technology company providing cloud, cybersecurity, IT operations and infrastructure solutions, is looking for a Marketing & Growth Analyst. The role will support brand visibility, lead generation and digital prospecting to fuel business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s communication plan.
• Manage the brand’s presence on LinkedIn and other social platforms.
• Create content aimed at positioning and lead generation.
• Design and launch digital prospecting campaigns.
• Administer email‑marketing and automation tools.
• Coordinate external providers (design, video, media, press) when needed.
• Organize events, webinars and commercial actions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to boost business opportunities.
• Measure results through KPIs and propose continuous improvements.
• Keep the website and other digital channels up‑to‑date.
• Maintain the contact database and associated campaigns.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in marketing, preferably B2B tech.
• Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation.
• Experience managing LinkedIn and other business‑focused platforms.
• Knowledge of email marketing, automation and contact database management.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work closely with the commercial team and understand business objectives.
• Proactive, organized and results‑oriented attitude.
