About the role

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable and Accounting Analyst to join our Finance and Administration team. The successful candidate will receive training, have opportunities for professional growth, and work in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliations of current and accounting accounts.
• Record supplier invoices, fixed expenses, funds, and revenues in the ERP system.
• Classify, organize, and archive physical or digital documentation supporting accounting entries.
• Manage a portfolio of delinquent customers, applying the defined collection strategy.
• Contact and negotiate with clients, ensuring professional and results‑oriented communication.
• Track payment commitments and agreements, and follow up on their execution.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for process and strategy improvements.

Required profile

• Advanced student or graduate in Economic Accounting (EDA) or Public Accounting.
• At least 2 years of experience in accounting tasks; experience in collections is a plus.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.

Required skills

• Excel (intermediate/advanced level).
