Over de functie

Wij zoeken een technisch analist die ons team voor kwaliteitscontrole in de virologie versterkt. Je werkt aan de controle van virale biologische producten zoals vaccins, antigenen en virusbanken.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

Uitvoeren van geplande kwaliteitscontroles: titreringen, sterielheidstesten, inactivatie‑, zuiverheids‑, stabiliteits‑ en potentietesten.
Monteren en onderhouden van celcultuurlijnen.
Verzamelen en analyseren van monsters volgens gestandaardiseerde protocollen.
Meewerken aan de ontwikkeling en afstemming van analytische methoden in‑vitro en in‑vivo.

Gewenst profiel

Student in een gevorderd stadium of afgestudeerd in Biologische Wetenschappen, Biotechnologie of Biochemie.
Ervaring met aseptische technieken in een biosafety‑cabine.
Bekendheid met celcultuur en in‑vitro analyses.
Dynamisch, proactief en bereid om in een team te werken.
