Analista de Contratos y Certificaciones

About the role

We are looking for a Contracts and Certifications Analyst to join Cipriani’s team in Punta del Este, Uruguay. The role supports the administrative management of a large‑scale construction project, ensuring that all contract‑related processes are executed accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor contracts, addenda, certifications and all associated project documentation.
• Control administrative aspects such as commitments, advances, retentions, variations and change orders.
• Maintain proper traceability of information and guarantee the quality of contractual processes.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

Required profile

• Organized, analytical and detail‑oriented.
• Previous experience in contract management, construction administration or similar roles.
