Analista de Compras para obra de construcción

About the role

The Purchasing Analyst will join Hormetal’s construction team, acting as the bridge between on‑site project needs and the procurement function. You will translate material, service and equipment requirements from the construction site into efficient, organized purchasing actions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage procurement of materials, goods, services and contracts related to construction projects.
• Identify, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors in the building sector.
• Request, compare and analyse quotations to select the best offers.
• Prepare purchase orders, monitor their execution and follow up on contracts and progress certifications.
• Coordinate with site managers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of all resources, including formwork rentals, containers, machinery and vehicles.

Required profile

• Work experience linked to construction sites (procurement, technical office, architecture, site administration or similar).
• Education in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or related fields, completed or in progress.
• Knowledge of construction materials, inputs, services and typical site dynamics.
• Proven experience in quotations, negotiations and supplier contact.
• Strong organizational, negotiation and follow‑up abilities; autonomous, proactive and solution‑oriented.

• Full‑time schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30.
