Analista de CAPEX

About the role

Farmashop is looking for a CAPEX Analyst to join the Administration & Finance team. The position is highly analytical and offers the opportunity to deepen expertise in fixed‑asset accounting, investment monitoring and lease accounting under IFRS 16.

Key responsibilities

• Record the company’s fixed assets and maintain the depreciation schedule.
• Monitor and control CAPEX investments, analysing variances and identifying savings.
• Perform detailed analysis of CAPEX projects, especially construction‑related investments and associated activations.
• Calculate and track monthly lease expenses in compliance with IFRS 16.
• Prepare monthly sales reports to determine lease obligations.
• Oversee financing account balances and conduct monthly reconciliations of other managed accounts.

Required profile

• Degree in Public Accounting.
• Minimum three years of experience in similar accounting or finance tasks.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel
• Knowledge of IFRS 16 lease accounting
