About the role

We are seeking an AI Video Creator to shape Base360’s visual presence across all channels. You will turn product concepts into launch videos, ads and social clips that capture attention and evoke emotion, using the latest AI‑driven creative tools.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise, produce and deliver video content for product launches, paid social ads, short‑form TikTok/Reels and website hero sections.
• Leverage AI tools for video, voice, image and music generation (Runway, Sora, Kling, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, etc.) to accelerate production.
• Apply motion‑design techniques, kinetic typography and slick transitions to bring the product to life.
• Maintain a consistent premium brand aesthetic across all formats.
• Test, analyse performance data and iterate quickly to optimise content.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating high‑quality video and motion‑design work.
• Deep familiarity with AI creative tools and a passion for staying at the cutting edge.
• Excellent visual taste and ability to create premium‑looking assets.
• Self‑directed, fast‑working and able to turn rough ideas into polished videos without extensive guidance.
• Ability to hook viewers within the first three seconds.
