AI Machine Learning Engineer – Remote – Latin America

About the role

Join FullStack's talent network as an AI Machine Learning Engineer, working remotely with U.S. clients on project‑based AI initiatives. You will become an integral part of client teams, collaborating daily with designers and engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and deploy AI/ML models using Python and frameworks such as LangChain.
• Design and maintain scalable AI infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Integrate AI solutions into production environments and document workflows and architectural decisions.
• Implement MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and support Agile/Scrum development cycles.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience as an AI or Machine Learning Engineer.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week and take extreme ownership of deliverables.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• LangChain framework.
• Large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and generative AI.
• Retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) techniques and vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).
• Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, Azure.
• MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and production‑grade AI system maintenance.
