AI Automation Engineer

About the role

Huzzle connects professionals with full-time remote roles in client teams, supporting startups, digital agencies and tech platforms in SaaS, MarTech, FinTech and EdTech. It is looking for a proactive AI Automation Engineer to design, develop and deploy custom AI-powered automation systems. Working closely with the CTO, you will help pioneer AI builds using Claude Code, n8n and automation frameworks, solving real operational challenges for clients. The role is client-facing, so strong communication and the ability to recommend improvements are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered automation systems using Claude Code, n8n and related platforms
• Develop custom workflows that integrate AI into business operations
• Collaborate with the CTO to prototype and deploy new automation solutions
• Build and maintain scalable AI workflows and automation pipelines
• Troubleshoot, debug and optimize existing automation builds
• Work directly with clients to understand requirements and recommend effective AI solutions
• Identify opportunities to simplify or improve system architecture and document builds and processes

Required profile

• Proven experience building automation workflows with n8n
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code or similar AI coding environments
• Experience building automation systems that improve operational efficiency
• Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive mindset
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to clients
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment

Nice-to-have skills

• Programming in Python, JavaScript or similar
• Make.com or other automation platforms
• Supabase or similar backend tools
• Debugging complex workflows and designing AI-powered infrastructure
