Agentic GCP DevOps Engineer – Remote

About the role

FullStack is seeking an Agentic GCP DevOps Engineer to join client teams remotely across Latin America. You will work directly with designers and engineers, applying AI‑assisted workflows and managing cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for cloud‑native applications.
• Provision and manage GCP resources (Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, Cloud SQL, GKE) using Terraform or Deployment Manager.
• Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate them on Kubernetes (GKE).
• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability using Stackdriver, Prometheus, or Grafana.
• Optimize GCP infrastructure for scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional Software Engineering or DevOps experience.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Proven experience working on large, complex systems in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Ability to take extreme ownership and work independently in a remote setting.

Required skills

• Google Cloud Platform (Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, Cloud SQL, GKE).
• Infrastructure‑as‑Code with Terraform or Deployment Manager.
• CI/CD pipeline creation and maintenance.
• Docker and Kubernetes (GKE) container orchestration.
• Monitoring tools: Stackdriver, Prometheus, Grafana.
• AI‑assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot).
