About the role

The company is looking for an experienced Cargo Agent / Freight Forwarder Customer Service professional to join its customs brokerage team. The role focuses on coordinating import and export shipments, ensuring smooth operational flow from arrival to final delivery while maintaining clear communication among all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate import and export cargo operations, tracking arrivals, withdrawals, deliveries, releases, and warehouse movements.
• Communicate and align information with clients, carriers, warehouses, ports, airports, free‑zone areas, customs authorities, and internal teams.
• Support the technical dispatch team with documentation and operational coordination for each shipment.
• Maintain up‑to‑date traceability of all operations and verify data, documents, dates, locations, and associated movements.
• Report progress, delays, incidents, and proactively anticipate operational issues, activating solutions with relevant parties.
• Provide professional, courteous, and accurate service to customers, suppliers, and internal colleagues.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in cargo coordination, international logistics, or customs brokerage.
• Proven background working with customs brokers, logistics operators, fiscal warehouses, international transport, ports, airports, or free‑zone zones.
• Strong ability to manage multiple operations simultaneously with high attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and urgency‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets and tracking tools.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Ability to work with AI‑based tools.
