About the role
We are looking for a full-time on-site Assistant to support our Montevideo office. The role focuses on daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and helping the team achieve its objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate appointments.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files.
- Prepare documents, presentations and reports using office software.
- Support team projects and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in coordinating team activities and events.
Required profile
- Strong organizational, time-management and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in both Spanish and English.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative work.
- Professional, reliable and proactive attitude.
- Prior experience in an administrative or assistant role is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications in Business Administration, Communication or related fields is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
