About the role

This part‑time position supports the administrative team by entering data into the company system with a strong focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines. The role is based on‑site in Maldonado and is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to apply their academic knowledge in a professional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform data‑entry tasks and maintain up‑to‑date records in the ERP system.
• Prepare and edit documents using Excel, Word and email tools.
• Assist with basic reporting and visualisation using Power BI.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Students or graduates of Administration, Accounting, Business Management or related fields.
• Analytical, methodical and well‑organized with a proactive attitude.
• Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work in a team.
• Basic proficiency in English.
