About the role
Altisource is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to support billing, collections and reporting across all business units. The role ensures accurate processing of financial transactions and provides timely support to internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Process billing and credit note requests for all business units, ensuring no request is missed.
- Reconcile and record all payments received in the bank with accurate application.
- Respond to customer and business unit queries in a timely manner.
- Handle internal and external audit requests, providing required documentation promptly.
- Generate various AR reports, including billing, collections and other related metrics.
Required profile
- Accounting student from any accredited university program.
- Bilingual English‑Spanish command.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive and results‑oriented attitude.
- Team player who collaborates and pitches in when needed.
- Willingness to learn and a positive sense of humour.
Required skills
- Knowledge of MS Office tools.
- Strong proficiency in Excel.
