Accounts Payable Analyst - Contractor

About the role

Satellogic is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst on a 1‑year independent contractor basis. The role focuses on travel and expense management, vendor invoice processing, and maintaining accurate financial data within the ERP system. You will work in a hybrid setting, spending three days onsite at the Zonamerica office and two days remote.

Key responsibilities

• Expense Report Management: Review, audit, and process employee expense reports in the system, ensuring compliance with company policies before sending them for leadership approval.
• Local Vendor Tracking: Load and control specific local invoices, including Zonamerica restaurant accounts, corporate hotels, and travel agencies.
• Reimbursements: Assist in preparing and coordinating timely T&E reimbursements for employees.
• Data Entry & ERP Ownership: Accurately enter invoice data into the ERP system and maintain ownership of related processes.

Required profile

• Previous experience in accounts payable or finance operations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems for invoice processing.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with onsite presence in Montevideo.
