Accounting Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for an experienced accountant to lead a dedicated team, ensuring high‑quality financial operations while serving as the primary point of contact for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, organize and supervise a team of accountants.
• Distribute tasks, monitor progress and guarantee deadlines and quality standards.
• Act as the client‑facing reference for the team, providing continuous feedback and support.
• Perform bank reconciliations, invoice verification and accounts payable checks.
• Record revenue from sales, accruals and invoices.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and control their accuracy.
• Review and validate reports from other departments.
• Reconcile inventory and address daily client inquiries.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting.
• At least 4 years of experience in similar accounting tasks.
• Advanced English for oral and written communication with clients.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.

Required skills

• Excel (intermediate/advanced).
