Account Manager (Remote - LATAM Based)

About the role

Arionkoder, an AI consulting firm, is looking for a remote Account Manager based in LATAM to join its Growth team. The role focuses on nurturing strategic client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client success while contributing to the company’s rapid expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of strategic accounts and drive retention, expansion, and overall growth.
• Develop and continuously update a Customer Intelligence Profile for each client to anticipate needs and identify expansion signals.
• Guide accounts through relationship phases, from early stabilization to full co‑ownership.
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including C‑level executives.
• Act as the internal voice of the customer, surfacing feedback and influencing product and service evolution.

• Ability to work autonomously, act with urgency, and take full accountability for account health.
• Excellent communication and partnership skills with both clients and internal teams.
