Account Executive – Remote B2B SaaS (Uncapped Commission)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Account Executive to join 100Hires, a fast‑growing B2B SaaS company that automates recruiting workflows. The role is fully remote and focuses on driving new business through the complete sales cycle, from discovery to close.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end sales process, conduct live demos, handle objections and close deals.
• Perform deep discovery calls to map customer pain points to 100Hires features.
• Write personalized follow‑up emails and create/optimize cold‑outreach sequences.
• Host weekly webinars and record educational videos for prospects and customers.
• Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene, ensuring all leads and opportunities are fully tracked.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience selling B2B SaaS, preferably with $1K–$5K ACV.
• Strong spoken and written English; comfortable with fully remote, asynchronous communication.
• Excellent live‑demo and objection‑handling skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to understand product use cases.
• Reliable internet connection, good microphone/webcam, and a clear voice.
