ABA Practice Operations Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an ABA Practice Operations Manager to lead and streamline the operational systems of a fast‑growing autism therapy provider. Working fully remotely, you will build structure, improve workflows and support the administrative functions that enable clinical teams to deliver high‑quality care.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting pipelines and manage hiring operations.
• Support onboarding processes and maintain internal documentation.
• Oversee intake workflows, including insurance verification tracking.
• Assist with scheduling coordination between families and clinicians.
• Track credentialing and compliance requirements.
• Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in ABA, behavioral health, or broader healthcare operations.
• Process‑oriented mindset with strong organizational and documentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Experience with recruiting or onboarding workflows is a plus.
