Web Designer & Developer

About the role

We are seeking a full-time Web Designer & Developer to join our Digital Marketing team. The role involves building new websites and continuously improving existing client and internal sites through design, development, SEO and performance optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive WordPress sites using Elementor (low-code).
• Create visually appealing, user-friendly pages aligned with client goals.
• Maintain and update websites – perform audits, bug fixes, plugin clean-up.
• Improve site performance, usability, conversion rates and security.
• Implement basic on-page SEO, metadata, structure and speed optimisation.
• Provide ongoing client support and collaborate with internal teams on long-term projects.
• Contribute to internal brand websites and overall digital presence.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in web design and/or development.
• Hybrid skill set comfortable with both design and low-code development.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SEO or a strong interest in developing it.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design.
• Experience working with multiple projects and priorities.
