Vendor Sourcing Specialist

About the role

Altisource is looking for a motivated Vendor Sourcing Specialist to expand its network of qualified vendors. You will work independently and collaboratively to identify, recruit, and onboard vendors that support the company’s mortgage and real‑estate operations.

Key responsibilities

• Research and recruit qualified vendors across assigned geographic markets.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to grow the vendor pipeline.
• Conduct outreach via phone, email and online platforms, and maintain a robust vendor pipeline.
• Evaluate prospective vendors against qualification criteria and guide them through certification.
• Collect required documentation and ensure timely onboarding in partnership with internal teams.
• Perform market research to uncover sourcing opportunities and support demand‑planning initiatives.
• Maintain accurate activity records in company systems.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, sales, customer service or business development.
• Highly resourceful, self‑motivated and able to meet sourcing goals with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills; capable of handling multiple priorities.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting high‑volume outreach.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
