About the role

The Store Sales Associate will welcome and assist walk‑in customers and professional painters, ensuring their needs are met and sales targets are achieved. Working in a Sherwin‑Williams retail outlet, you will support the external sales team and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve customers at the counter and assist painters, delivering product knowledge and meeting expectations.
• Support the external sales representative in achieving sales objectives.
• Process all transactions accurately using the store’s computer system.
• Implement store marketing materials such as displays, banners, and posters according to trade‑marketing guidelines.
• Participate in inventory counts following established procedures to optimise sales and stock rotation.
• Maintain an organized stockroom and ensure efficient order fulfilment for customers.

Required profile

• Completed basic education (high school diploma or equivalent).
• Technical or vocational studies are a plus, especially in business administration, marketing, sales, architecture or construction.
• Flexibility in working hours.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
