Treasury Operations Manager Americas

About the role

We are seeking a Treasury Operations Manager for the Americas region to lead the end‑to‑end treasury function across Montevideo. The role will oversee front‑office, middle‑office and back‑office activities, ensuring efficient cash, liquidity and risk management while developing a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day delivery of Front Office, Middle Office and Back Office treasury activities for approximately 12 team members.
• Execute cash, liquidity, funding and risk‑management operations, guaranteeing timely cash centralisation.
• Identify, hedge and monitor committed foreign‑exchange exposure across the Americas.
• Prepare and control month‑end Treasury reporting, including cash and FX exposure metrics.
• Drive performance management and professional development of the treasury team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of treasury experience covering cash/liquidity management and FX risk.
• Proven experience leading a treasury operations team with a track record of people development.
