Ticketing and Fulfillment Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Ticketing and Fulfillment Support Specialist to assist travel agents and customers with airline reservations, ticketing, and related services. The role involves handling bookings, exchanges, and quality control while ensuring compliance with airline regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Support agents in fulfilling PNRs, including booking, ticketing, pricing records, and exchanges.
• Provide assistance via phone, email, and fax for customer reservations.
• Validate commissions, collect missed commissions, and work with Revenue Management.
• Perform quality control on reservations, identify recurring errors, and coach agents.
• Coordinate with Canada and US teams, review debit memos, and handle ARC requirements.
• Act as liaison between the online booking tool vendor and internal teams.
• Assist in scheduling and workflow planning based on team needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience with Sabre GDS (domestic and international) and airline ticketing.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain error‑free output.
• Previous travel agency experience preferred.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
