Territory Sales Manager – Uruguay

About the role

Stark is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to build and nurture its dealer network in Uruguay. You will be responsible for driving sales, promoting the Stark VARG range, and ensuring the brand’s market presence grows sustainably.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with dealers and strategic customers across Uruguay.
• Deliver on territory budget, sales strategy, and execution plans.
• Collaborate with Stark Future’s global team to create innovative sales and marketing tools for the dealer network.
• Lead demos, racing events, and expos to generate excitement for current and future models.
• Develop and implement a regional marketing strategy and achieve agreed sales targets.
• Motivate, educate, and support partners to meet Stark dealership standards.
• Analyse market potential, track performance, and optimise sales activities.
• Maintain prompt communication with partners and align with internal departments.
• Promote a safety‑first mindset and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Strong dedication to personal and company goals with a positive attitude.
• Proven experience in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
• Deep knowledge of the Uruguayan market and its dealer landscape.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, in a structured environment, and manage budgets.
• Comfortable creating and delivering tailored presentations.
• Open to continuous feedback and self‑improvement.
