Telemarketer – Outbound & Inbound Sales

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telemarketer to join our dynamic call‑center team. You will be responsible for both outbound prospecting and handling inbound inquiries, helping to drive sales and generate qualified leads for the company.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
• Answer inbound calls from interested prospects and provide information.
• Accurately record call details in the customer management system.
• Follow predefined scripts to ensure consistent communication quality.
• Achieve the sales or lead‑generation targets set by the organization.

Required profile

• Previous experience in telephone sales or telemarketing.
• Strong communication abilities and a proactive attitude.
• Capacity to work under pressure and meet performance goals.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Availability to work 15‑21 hours Monday‑Friday and Saturdays from 9 am to 1 pm.
