Técnico Senior de Infraestructura

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Technician to join a well‑established technology team. The role focuses on supporting, configuring, and administering infrastructure technologies while ensuring continuous operation, monitoring, and improvement of our services.

Key responsibilities

• Execute technical tasks related to infrastructure, networks, and security.
• Monitor the availability and proper functioning of all infrastructure components.
• Manage and document activities, incidents, and resolutions.
• Escalate incidents to specialized support providers when necessary.
• Collaborate in defining procedures and best practices.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of infrastructure and security services.

Required profile

• Technical vocation with a mature professional attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team orientation.
• Formal tertiary education in Information Technology.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar infrastructure roles.
• Solid knowledge of networking concepts.

Required skills

• Linux system administration.
• Windows system administration.
• Networking.
• IT security and web‑application security.
• Security tools such as firewalls, WAF, SIEM, FortiAnalyzer.
• Database fundamentals.
