Technical Sales Assistant – Agriculture

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Technical Sales Assistant to join our team in Uruguay, supporting our commercial activities in the agricultural sector. The role combines customer‑focused sales support, field technical visits, and participation in research and development projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide integral commercial support, assisting the sales team with product deliveries and technical consulting for clients.
• Participate in R&D projects, trials and related activities.
• Conduct continuous technical visits to farms and agro‑industrial establishments in the assigned area.
• Take part in commercial negotiation meetings directly with customers.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education (high school).
• Studying or graduated in Agronomic Engineering.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong negotiation ability, proactive attitude and high commitment.
