Technical Project Manager – Core Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead cross‑functional engineering initiatives that underpin our core infrastructure. You will coordinate teams across Engineering, Product, IT, Compliance and Security to deliver high‑impact, low‑latency, and resilient solutions for our global financial platform.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end execution of complex technical projects spanning infrastructure, orchestration, compliance, security, databases and internal tooling.
• Build and maintain project plans, roadmaps, dashboards and release timelines.
• Identify dependencies, manage risks and unblock teams through creative problem‑solving.
• Facilitate meetings, retrospectives and planning sessions for large initiatives.
• Track KPIs and project health using metrics and dashboards, iterating reporting for clarity.
• Manage intake workflows for feature requests, support tickets and operational tasks.
• Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Leads and Product Managers to align requirements and timelines.
• Communicate project status and insights to technical and non‑technical audiences, including executives.
• Work with external vendors to ensure compliance and technical standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing cross‑functional technical projects in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong ability to balance strategic systems thinking with meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfortable using both Agile and waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse stakeholder groups.

Required skills

• Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) for workflow and project tracking.
