Technical Product & Project Management Lead

About the role

Parallel is building the next generation of hiring infrastructure by combining AI with thoughtful product design. We are seeking a Technical Product & Project Management Lead to own product strategy, discovery, and end‑to‑end delivery of a high‑impact software project for a client engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Define feature requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and technical specifications based on research, client feedback and market needs.
• Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, balancing business value, user impact and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to prototype, validate and refine user flows.
• Own the full delivery lifecycle: roadmap planning, sprint execution, QA, launch and post‑release optimization.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, create detailed project plans, manage dependencies and mitigate risks.
• Serve as the central liaison between client stakeholders, executive leadership, design, engineering and operations teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in both product management and project management within a fast‑moving startup or tech environment.
• Strong strategic problem‑solving ability and comfort translating ambiguous client problems into clear roadmaps.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and communication skills.
